The sari as an Indian wardrobe staple has been given yet another twist.From structured and military inspired to a Grecian toga –like drape by Rahul Mishra to a shorter length riding up to the ankle ,the reinvented sari is a runway star.The tailored choli also undergoes a change-wear the new drapes with full-length velvet blouses,stiff cotton tops with fitted sleeves that end right at the elbow or just layer it with long silk jackets in contrasting hues .Defy the old sari rules.
