The Kite Runner” was a men’s and women’s line blazed the ramp. canary yellow, tangerine orange and grape mingled with neutrals like ivory, beige and steel is the colour palate for the collection . Overall collection was inspired by kites. When it came to the silhouettes, trapeze lines, shifts, yoga pants, cool summer jackets and draped creations was used by the designer.
Women collection included laser cut knit top with folded skirt, kurta with yoke, the looped armhole creation, long tunic with churidars, shorts, and even a printed sari with a sexy laser cut halter choli.
For men, Abhishek created lean jackets, organza shirt with orange pants, and some laser cut sleeveless shirts, a brown tiny lapel jacket and a bundgala with orange zig zag embroidery.
Texturing done was very interesting and fresh look for the season.
