Dairy Products: any of us are lactose-intolerant to a certain extent, meaning that we find it hard to digest lactose in dairy products. Such can cause bloating and digestion problems.

Broccoli and Cabbage:Most cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, cabbage, sprouts and kale might be harder to digest for some people, causing discomfort.

Onion and Garlic:Fructans found in onions and garlic are soluble fibers and also belong to FODMAPs that causes indigestion and bloating.

Apples: Culprits, which are fructose that belong to FODMAPs as well, often end up fermented by gut bacteria resulting in gas production.

Beans and Legumes:Short-chain carbohydrates called FODMAPs found in beans and legumes don’t go through the normal digestion process and get fermented by bacteria in colon instead, produces gas.
