Post-Makeup-Facial-Cleansing-Mystylespots

Applying make-up is always a fun thing to-do, and we tend to spend more time and pay more attention when applying it then when removing it. After a long day, your face has makeup and dirt on it, the last thing you want to do is leave it there overnight. Makeup removal and cleansing is as important as skin preparation before applying makeup. So here are some basic steps to makeup removal and skin cleansing.

Use a Reliable Makeup Remover

We are all tempted to remove our makeup using common facial wash, thinking this is the easiest and faster way to do it; unfortunately, this is not the right way to do it. Use a makeup remover to remove your eye makeup and foundation. There are different products that you can pick from depending on your skin type.

Oily/Combination Skin: You can use Neutrogena wipes for oily skin or Bioderma crealine H20 makeup remover.

Dry Skin: Use Nivea daily essentials 3in1 water proof makeup remover. For balm cleansing, use Clinique and Bioderma crealine lait. And you can always use coconut or almond oil as a makeup remover which is all natural.

Facial Cleanser:

It is very important to pick the right cleanser for your skin type. If you have oily skin, use a gel cleanser that will clean your pores leaving a non-greasy feel. If you have dry skin, use a cream cleanser also using a wash cloth is highly recommended.

Exfoliate:

Use a facial exfoliator to get rid from dead skin and make sure that pores are clean. However, exfoliation should not be done daily, make it once or twice a week.

Toner:

Pores need to be tightened, toners might not be for everyone yet rose eater is all natural and does magic. Apply it to a cotton pad and gently wipe over your skin. Pay careful attention to the area around your nose which is an area often overlooked, but very visible.

Moisturizer:

Last but not least, moisturizing your face is really important to maintain fresher look; so don’t forget to apply your night/day cream and your eye cream as well.
