Get Moving

Exercise is without a doubt one of the best ways to release stress and maintain a healthy body and sexy curves. When you perform any physical activity, your body releases endorphins that balance your mind and body. However, do not increase the intensity of your exercise or incorporate heavy lifting few days before the wedding. You don’t want to get sore.

Delegate

You can’t handle every little detail by yourself, and if you do, you will end up fighting with everyone. Don’t be afraid to ask help from family members and close friends. Just give them instructions and only follow-up with them. And remember to always have a backup plan!

Stress Busting Foods

Make sure to include the following healthy foods in your diet one month before the wedding. A turkey breast in a lettuce warp, Salmon steak with dark veggies. Yogurt with blueberries. Dark Chocolate with more than 70%cocoa. Fortified milk with oatmeal or fortified cereal. Sprinkle flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed on all salads and sandwiches.

While you may notice every wrinkle, acne, and muffin top, men do not pay attention to these minor things. This is your big night, so focus on getting sexy, and if you can’t past your worries, you can always rely on soft music and candles to set mood.
